This crossing has been around for a long time, but from what the FRA says, these signals didn't come up until December 1997. It used to be just 2 crossbucks before that time. The lights are 12"x24". This crossing is about 1000 feet south of Saginaw Rd. #2. |

Take a look at the tall weeds in picture 8. It goes back to the track near Saginaw Rd. #2. In the distance in picture 9 is a fenced-off bridge that only goes about another 1/3 further before dead-ending at a power plant. |

I took a picture of the rail in picture 10 to show that the crossing is barely used. I asked Phil of Phil's Railroad Crossing Corner and he said it gets used once a week at best. The FRA says zero trains per day, so it's probably defunct. If it is defunct, why build signals here? |

Despite the fact that no trains go through here, there are 2 mechanical bells though. They are both WCH bells. There was an inscription on the back of the bell in picture 15, but it was too worn out to read. |
